About us
Our company was founded in 1972, in the heart of Nice. Founder Gérard Ruff's ambition at the time was to create a highly technical, local accounting firm. A value that we strive to maintain by supporting and advising small business owners and foreign investors on a daily basis.
Gérard Ruff is also the founder of Initiative Nice Côte d' Azur (formerly Fier Entreprendre), a financing and support association for small business start-ups and takeovers. A solid network on which many entrepreneurs rely, proud of their local roots.
We now have around sixty highly qualified employees and 7 associates, based in Nice, Mouans-Sartoux, Le Cannet-des-Maures, Cannes, Saint-Tropez and Sophia Antipolis.
The breadth of our profiles enables us to offer a highly varied range of services: auditing and statutory auditing, management consulting and development strategy, accounting, business valuation, tax, legal, social and more.
In 2020, over 1,500 companies and 350 individuals in France and abroad placed their trust in us. Faced with this strong growth and the digital transformation of our profession and the economy, our firm is backed by strategic local and international partnerships (FranceDéfi, PrimeGlobal, etc.).
